Congratulations also to our suppliers Trealy Farm Charcuterie, Black Mountains Smokery, Caws Mynydd Du Cheese, Ancre Hill Vineyard and H J Edwards Butchers who all received recognition. 

Our great friend, food writer and broadcaster Simon Wright of Carmarthenshire restaurant Y Polyn, was given the special award of True Taste Champion.
