For stays between Monday and Thursday nights dinner, bed and breakfast is just £199 per room. Based on 2 people sharing this includes bed and breakfast and a 3 course a la carte dinner.

Congratulations also to our suppliers Trealy Farm Charcuterie, Black Mountains Smokery, Caws Mynydd Du Cheese, Ancre Hill Vineyard and H J Edwards Butchers who all received recognition.
Our great friend, food writer and broadcaster Simon Wright of Carmarthenshire restaurant Y Polyn, was given the special award of True Taste Champion.
